Birmingham Conference Centre Requests Quotes For Upcoming Event
A representative from the Enta Conference Centre in Aston, Birmingham contacted Audiorent to request quotes for a range of audio visual hire equipment. The equipment required consisted of a PA system and three fixed microphones which would need to be delivered directly to the venue on the morning of the event. Audiorent were contacted via our telephone line by a construction company who were holding a groundbreaking event at one of their new sites in Corby, Northamptonshire. The event which was being held to celebrate the beginning of a new building project required a range of audio visual hire equipment including a hire stage of 8 foot square, a rental lectern, vocal PA system to cater for up to 50 people in a marquee and two fifty inch stand mounted plasma screens which would be positioned either side of the stage. The customer required the equipment to be deliverd and installed at the site on the morning of the event and collected on conclusion of the event that afternoon.
